What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator position at Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc.?
Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US is looking for a Training Coordinator in Suwanee, GA.
The Technical Training Coordinator provides clerical support to the Training Department and is responsible for processing invoices for departmental expenses. The position requires a high level of customer service to support our internal and external customers with training registrations. The individual will support the Training Administration Supervisor with administrative duties.
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Customer Service:
- Answer incoming calls and emails related to training services in a reliable and timely manner
- Provide customers with detailed curriculum information and assist them in selecting and scheduling appropriate training services
Scheduling:
- Organize food and beverage requirement for Service trainings held at the Atlanta Training Center
- Maintain training materials inventory at the Atlanta Training Center
- Classroom set up for service training classes at the Atlanta Training Center
- Distribute training materials for service training classes.
LMS Administration:
- Administer all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) including the following
- Setup: Curriculum, Documentation, Exam, and Survey Setup
- Class setup and scheduling
- Student administration
- Manage user setup and permissions
- Customer technical support for LMS
Department Administration:
- Schedule and coordinate departmental events
- Manage schedule for training rooms at the Atlanta Training Center
- Manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Pay departmental invoices
- Manage vendor contracts and third party documentation
- Reconcile training fees received in SAP
- Performs other tasks and projects as requested.
Education/Experience/Training:
- 2 years of working in a professional work environment.
- Upbeat pleasant personality; good sense of humor; professional attitude.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Skilled in developing collaborative internal and external relationships, both as an individual and team member.
- Excellent attention to detail and outstanding follow through on details.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Self-motivated, works quickly and efficiently on multiple tasks
