Position Overview:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Participate in or lead audits of wholly owned subsidiaries, business units, horizontal reviews, and special projects.
- Responsible for all steps of the audit from beginning to end, collaborating with Senior Management to determine scope to perform both assurance and consultative projects designed to add value and support strategy.
- Develop risk control matrices and audit programs, document process/workflows and write narratives.
- Strategies and review work prepared by other auditors.
- Divide audit workload and control project hours to meet deadlines.
- Manages engagement/project risk through supervision of completion of required documentation and processes.
- Write audit reports for senior management.
- Establish effective relationships with employees of each business unit.
- Obtain a detailed understanding of each business unit’s processes, market, and industry practices.
- Work with management to resolve issues that may have been identified through audit findings.
- Analyze financial data and business unit-specific metrics.
- Validate resolution of audit findings.
- Research on the latest trends and other issues relating to each industry.
- Financial analysis, business unit drivers of success, strategic alignment.
Responsibility and Decision-Making Authority:

Management/Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Regularly lead audit assignments.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead audits and execution of multiple projects and deliverables.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of operational audits.
- Experience auditing commercial lease finance transactions and asset ownership
- Understand profit drivers, develop and support strategic initiatives, compliance KYC.
- Proficiencies in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Audit software skill such as ‘Teammate’ or data analytics are a plus.
- Management and leadership skills with strong stakeholder management skills.

Experience and Education:
- 8 years; internal/external audit, consulting, lease, financial etc.
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred or equivalent experience.

- Professional Certification CPA/CIA/CISA/CFA etc.
Tools and Equipment Used:
- Personal computer, copier, phone, and other typical office equipment.
Working Hours:
- Hours may vary and will require some evening work; frequently requires working 40-45 hours/week depending on business needs,
Travel:
- U.S. and international but should not exceed 20-25%.
Physical Demands:
- Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment.
- Light lifting, carrying pc, supplies, files, etc.
- Ability to speak to and hear clients and/or other employees via phone or in person.
- Body motor skills sufficient to move from one office location to another.

The position is exempt and the salary will be between $160,000.00 and $196,700.00 with an opportunity to a discretionary bonus.
The salary range is determined and based on internal equity, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience and education.
