About the role:
Lead the charge in shaping the future of operated assisted technologies, driving innovative solutions that truly make a difference. As Program Manager, you'll transform market insights into impactful strategies, delivering cutting-edge products that both redefines and enhances the customer experience.
What you will do:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the product category, aligning vision, strategy, and tactics with market performance and outcomes while motivating and coordinating internal teams to deliver projects on strategy and on time.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Assisted System products, aligning program objectives with performance metrics and customer needs while ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, launch and optimize products and services through the successful implementation of go-to-market strategies that meet customer expectations and drive positive outcomes.
- Establish relationships with dealers and third-party suppliers to support program success.
- Develop, measure, and communicate key performance indicators that provide clear insights into project milestones and outcomes, while identifying areas for improvement to ensure ongoing success.
- Proactively identify barriers to success, implement counter measures, uncover and solve the root cause of any problems encountered.
- Analyze, understand and draw insights from operator assisted technologies for forklifts, including comparisons with competitive offerings, capabilities, and pricing, to support informed program planning and ensure alignment with market needs.
When & Where:
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office, 2 days remote).
- 10-40% travel requirement within the U.S. and some international travel.
- Primarily works in an office environment with some time spent in manufacturing plant and customer/dealer sites.
Qualifications
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years of program or product management experience in a technology company focused on collision avoidance applications.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear, compelling sales messages.
- Highly detailed with exceptional project management skills.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to achieve goals.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and financial management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

- Forklift OEM or automotive experience in operator-assisted technologies

The pay for this position ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
