About the role:
The Vendor Relationship Manager for Preferred Partner Programs works closely with the Manager of Preferred Partner Programs to strategize, design, establish, and maintain strong supplier sales programs that interact directly with our Sales and Dealer Teams. This requires coordination and communication with all facets along these unique supply chains, as well as the ability to monitor and hold suppliers accountable to KPI goals. In addition, the ability to troubleshoot issues and inefficiencies with suppliers and our sales team while being the key point of contact for both suppliers and sales on this program. This position will have direct responsibility for the success of the programs assigned to it.
What you will do:
Supplier Management
- Measuring and communicating key performance expectations to the vendors
- Facilitate corrective actions and containment plans to address vendor performance issues
- Maintain and promote professional and productive relationships with vendors
Support Sales Teams (MLA & Supplier)
- Point of contact for MLA sales on program or supplier related inquiries and requests
- Resource to sales team coordinate with vendors
- Disseminate vendor and/or program information to support the sales team
Communication
- Build and maintain positive, productive relationships between Logisnext and suppliers.
- Actively participate in internal meetings and communications related to Suppliers and overall Supply Chain health
Resource for Internal Users
- Point of contact for internal MLA functional departments for program and vendor related inquiries
- Resource to coordinate between vendor and MLA departments to resolve vendor and/or dealer issues

What you need to have:
- Position requires a professional manner along with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work across functional departments and suppliers, fostering a teamwork environment and demonstrated leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle difficult situations with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot potential issues and work with a sense of urgency
- Must be able to work independently while following through on assignments
- Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and conditions
- Must be able create and analyze basic vendor and sales reports
What would be nice to have:
- Bachelors Degree in Business preferred (Supply Chain Management a plus)
- 2-7 years experience in Supplier Management, Program Management or Aftermarket Sales
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in area's such as supply chain, vendor relations, & customer service
- Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook - SQL a plus

The salary for this position ranges from $60,500 to $75,000 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
