What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
• Provide repair and maintenance recommendations with clear, honest communication
• Coordinate between the customer and service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
• Prepare cost estimates, explain repair details, and secure approvals
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain service records and stay updated on product knowledge and warranty policies

What You Bring to the Team:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic automotive knowledge and a willingness to learn more
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record REQUIRED!

Pay: $46,566.00 - $48,564.00 per year
