- Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Mitsubishi Power personnel and affiliated business units to aid in the design and development of innovative digital products and services
- Ability to estimate work for defined features and user stories
- Build new PowerBI reports and maintain existing reports.
- Clean and analyze business datasets.
- Report out dashboards / metrics monthly to management.
- Understand and identify business needs to determine appropriate data solutions.
- Meet project deadlines as indicated in a project plan and assigned tasks.
- Write technical documentation for PowerBI reports.
- Business travel < 10% by land and/or air as required.
- Perform other such duties as may be required
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures, reporting all unsafe activities to Management and/or Human Resources.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and overall computer navigational skills.

- Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar from an accredited college or university or technical institution; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to troubleshoot to define and identify problems. Collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to take prompt corrective actions.
- Computer Skills: Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Figma
- Thorough understanding of data fundamentals (relationships, data types, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fundamental programming knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative problem solving
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Understanding of (and ability to execute) good design concepts for data visualization.
- Experience with PowerBI and DAX is preferred, but not required. Otherwise, experience working with a modern programming language or database management system is required
