Looking for a Full Time Automotive Parts Manager for a new and pre-owned car dealership.

This position is for a Parts Manager to manage and run the entire parts dept.
Very aggressive compensation for this position. You are able to make six-figures if really take control of the operations and grow the depts.
WILL MANAGE ALL PARTS CUSTOMERS INCLUDING RETAIL, WHOLESALE, INTERNAL, AND MANUFACTURER
BUILD AND MAINTAIN A WHOLESALE PARTS NETWORK WITH OTHER DEALERSHIPS, BODY SHOPS, AND SERVICE CENTERS
CAN QUICKLY DEVELOP A TIGHT RELATIONSHIP WITH SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHICH INCLUDES OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION SKILLS
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INVOICES AND PARTS ORDER
RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL WARRANTY RETURNS
RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXCHANGES AND PARTS SWAP
MAINTAIN PROPER INVENTORY LEVELS
MAINTAIN PROPER RECORDS OF INVENTORY AND PARTS SALES.
EXCELLENT CONTROL FOR OBSOLESCENT PARTS
MAINTAIN EFFICIENT LOCATION AND MAPPING FOR PARTS INVENTORY.
DAILY UPDATING OF PARTS INVENTORY AND ALL PRICING BOOKS.
QUICKLY GROW YOUR PARTS KNOWLEDGE OF THE BRAND AND MAINTAIN HIGH MOVING PARTS
MUST BE AGGRESSIVE TO MAKE SURE WE DO NOT LOSE CUSTOMERS TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP
AS YOU INCREASE THE PROFIT MARGINS, THE MORE $$$ IN YOUR POCKET
Professional attire is a must.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using CDK
- Perform data entry to update inventory levels and track parts usage
- Collaborate with demand planning team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to source and purchase parts at competitive prices
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to optimize cost savings
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams regarding parts selection and compatibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient logistics processes for parts distribution
- Collaborate with automotive repair technicians to identify and fulfill their parts needs

We pay Salary plus commission. We are very aggressive and looking for candidates that are looking to join the team for a long time. We are not looking for something temporary.

Experience:
- cdk dealership: 2 years (Required)
- Mitsubishi/Nissan parts: 1 year (Preferred)
- Parts Management in new car dealership: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
