Temporary position for approximately 12 months
Location: Remote in Eastern/Central Time zone, within driving distance to White Plains, NY preferred
Work Hours: 20 hours a week (8am - 12pm Mon-Fri)
Compensation: $25-30/hr depending on location and experience
Job Duties:
- Email TF/EPT Weekly Sales Report/SAP access
- Update TF/EPT Jedox forecast and pricing
- Update TF/EPT Internal Price Lists / add to SharePoint
- Check TF/EPT orders against forecast
- Verify TF/EPT pricing and quantities on orders are accurate
- Check TF Order Tracking Sheet to verify orders are shipping on time
- Assist with Functional Polymer Division Quarterly Mtg planning
- Email TF/EPT TDS's when requested by customers/Technical Sales Managers
- Work with Tf team to update MELS AP
- Submit MELS Forecast Changes
- Submit MELS Customer Registration Forms
- Email MELS Tafmer Price Authorization Requests (PAR's)
- Submit TF Sample Request approvals in MELS Sales Control
- Submit Sample Request approvals in SalesForce
- Assist Technical Sales Managers with Japan Mission schedule coordination
- Share Monthly Call Report/Sample Opportunities to MCI
*17. Enter items into Kintone (SDS request, MELS Quality issues, Regulatory)
Skills Required:
- Extensive Excel Experience
- Good organization skills, high attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
- Business or Science background
- College experience preferred
Salary : $25 - $30
