Essential Job Functions:
Front Counter:
- Greeting each guest with a smile
- First to talk to guests to take their orders
- Suggest other items to the guest
- Physically energetic and enthusiastic.
- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency to ensure guests are taken care of quickly and efficiently.
- Handle Cash/Credit card transactions to include Disney Snack Plan and room charges
- Follow HACCP Guideline
- Work as a team
- Must have full menu knowledge
- Understand the company procedure about allergies
- Responsible for their drawer
- Reconcile their drawer
- Answer questions from guests on food items
P/U Window Coordinator:
- Work of bump screen to fill orders
- Fill and refill accessories and utensils at start of shift and all during working hours
- Organize the order and give it to guests in a smooth and prompt manner
- Portion food by using food scale, plate and prepare (cut, peel, process, etc.) and/or warm foods (rice/noodles) for the day
- Keep kitchen organized by supporting clean sanitary work areas per Food Safety Rules
- Prepare and keep all backstage support areas stocked with plates, utensils, napkins, condiments, appetizer sauces, ice, etc.
- Inspect all food items for freshness and bring questionable food to the manager’s attention
- Must follow Personal Hygiene procedures for Food Handler, such as wash hands when starting food prep or anytime hands are contaminated and
- Must follow FL State alcoholic beverage service & Responsible Vendor laws.
- Maintain product within safe service guidelines including receiving, storage, preparation and time/temperature holding.
Other Job Functions:
