Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Delton, Michigan
Part Time (30-40 Hours Per Week)

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Financial Support: Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconcile accounts, process invoices, and assist with payroll. QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred.
  • Office Management & Administrative Support: Oversee office operations, order supplies, maintain organized workspaces, and ensure smooth day-to-day functions.
  • Proposal Writing & Document Preparation: Assist in drafting and revising client proposals, fee estimates, contracts, and reports.
  • Marketing & Branding Support: Help develop marketing materials, update company brochures, and maintain an active social media presence.
  • Scheduling & Communication: Manage calendars, book travel arrangements, and facilitate meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Reception & Client Interaction: Greet visitors, answer/direct phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing packages.
  • Event Planning: Organize company meetings, client events, and team gatherings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative support in a professional environment.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and proposal drafting.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where team members often work off-site.
  • Experience with contract management, billing, and marketing materials is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
