The building manager is responsible for performing a range of duties that help keep our building (both inside and out) up to the task. The successful candidate will have exceptional organization skills and a knack for being handy! Schedule to be determined and can be flexible week-to-week if needed.

What You’ll Do
- Work with photography studio to build props and sets as needed
- Greet visitors and contractors as needed and direct them to the right area
- Assist with inter-company courier services
- Maintain inventory and stock of supplies
- Gather quotes for building work as needed
- Oversee vendors and contractors performing their jobs onsite
- Make and oversee small repairs around the office and studio Other tasks as assigned
- Experience using standard hand, power, and wood working tools
- Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks under limited supervision
- Valid Iowa driver’s license
- Experience working in a customer service role
- General computer knowledge a plus
