About us :
Our creative team operates in more than 40,000 sq ft of studio and office space that includes two break rooms, three kitchens, multiple storage spaces and a large workshop all of which need to be kept in tip-top shape to support our work.
About you :
The building manager is responsible for performing a range of duties that help keep our building (both inside and out) up to the task. The successful candidate will have exceptional organization skills and a knack for being handy! Schedule to be determined and can be flexible week-to-week if needed.
What you'll do :
- Work with photography studio to build props and sets as needed
- Greet visitors and contractors as needed and direct them to the right area
- Assist with inter-company courier services
- Maintain inventory and stock of supplies
- Gather quotes for building work as needed
- Oversee vendors and contractors performing their jobs onsite
- Make and oversee small repairs around the office and studio
