Mittera is currently seeking Hobby Cards Project Management (HPM) / CSR to join our Customer Service Team!

The HPM position acts as a liaison between the customer, sales representatives (reps) and the internal teams. Is responsible for developing and sustaining internal and external customer working relationships. The HPM oversees and manages the project life cycle from the time of project entry through the completion of the given project deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position is critical to company quality, productivity and efficiency.

  • The HPM must exercise judgment and demonstrate industry knowledge to properly plan, modify, and implement production procedures for a project.
  • HPM should assess and understand assigned customer's needs and expectations, in order to communicate proper manufacturing instructions that meet our quality and productivity standards. Documentation, follow-up, and disciplined support of deadlines and communication are critical.
  • HPM personally acts as the representative on behalf of the company in all activities. This includes, reviewing a proof with a customer, notifying the customer or account executive of alteration charges.
  • Recognizing and advising on opportunities to improve performance for customers is a central role for this position.
  • Communicate and help drive production schedules regarding customer's project is a daily requirement for an effective HPM. Keeping managers informed of customer information is critical for maintaining the effectiveness and support of both account executive and manufacturing.
  • HPM's mission is to meet and exceed client expectation while supporting company goals and objectives.
  • Other duties as so assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably three (3) years minimum of printing and embellishment experience.
  • Must have the ability to appropriately communicate verbally and in writing while interacting with customers and company associates through all departments.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn new processes and procedures to improve customer service, while growing individually as well.
  • Take pride and ownership in all they do.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong listening skills with intentional understanding.
  • Ability to remain organized and focused on high priorities.
  • Positive approach to daily opportunities.
