We are looking for the right person that enjoys people, likes working with others, and will be a positive and contributing member of the team. Qualified candidates will enjoy working in a busy environment, demonstrate honesty, dependability, a positive attitude and have a pleasant manner.
This position will work directly with the General Manager to assist in overseeing the resort, to insure accuracy and adherence according to company policy and procedures for the property accounting controls. This position actively participates in the sales effort, customer service, and assists with front desk coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required experience in accounts receivables, payables, payroll, collections, knowledge of computers and proficient in word.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and spreadsheets - required.
- Knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
- Ability to communicate complex financial information in an easy to understand format
- Ability to use mathematical skills for accurate accounting
- Computer literacy and IT skills transferable to bookkeeping software
- Customer service skills for dealing with clients or suppliers directly
