We are looking for the right person that enjoys people, likes working with others, and will be a positive and contributing member of the team. Baron's Pub serves Beer and Wine and limited menu. (no hard liquor - not a full service restaurant). The bartender works all facets of the pub, serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, prepares pub style fare food to patrons of the pub such as soups, salads, sandwiches, hotdogs, wraps, quesadillas, and pizzas. The Bartenders assist with beverage purchase orders, proper inventory rotation and par levels and adheres to food safety. Seasonal primary hours vary, typically, Tuesday through Saturday, 4:00pm to 11:30pm.
Knowledge of NH State Liquor Laws and Food & Beverage service experience necessary. It is the bartender's responsibility that all State of NH and the Resorts guidelines and standard operating procedures are followed.
