We are looking for an Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations and Financial Statement reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
Qualifications:
- Previous 5 year experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with Quickbooks Enterprise accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Salary : $30 - $40
