Purpose of Position :
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our products and services within a designated region to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will develop and foster relationships with both manufacturers and end users, leveraging your professional sales and technical background.
Requirements :
- Solid understanding of industrial steam system flow and controls.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various organizational levels.
- Basic computer proficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Position Requirements :
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelors degree in Engineering and / or Business, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with external customers. A proven track record of presenting to diverse audiences is essential. You should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be proficient in MS Word and Excel, have the ability to multitask, and demonstrate a basic understanding of thermodynamics and general business accounting.
Physical Demands :
This position entails a mix of standing, walking, and sitting more than 2 / 3 of the time. It also requires occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling; reaching and climbing under 1 / 3 of the time; and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. More than 2 / 3 of your time will involve driving and keyboarding, as well as vision tasks. Regular attendance and the ability to travel both locally and farther are necessary.
