Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food service and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service while maintaining the highest standards of food handling and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns regarding their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and utensils.
• Process payments efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Uphold fine dining standards by providing attentive service throughout the meal.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, including kitchen staff and fellow servers.
• At lease 21 years old to serve alcohol, and be available to work late night till 2am.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
