- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients for recruiting services, via research, cold calling and emailing, referrals, etc.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Execute on the company’s sales strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve business growth.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their hiring goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Delivery, Operations, Contracting) to deliver top-notch services that meet client expectations.
- Market Research: Stay informed of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, client activities, and business development efforts to senior management.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.

- Experience: 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the recruiting or staffing industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruiting services, processes, and industry dynamics.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present confidently to senior-level executives.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and close business deals.
- Customer-Focused: A client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering tailored solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
