Your hospitable and "yes" man attitude, coupled with a proactive and empathetic approach, will contribute significantly to patients, visitors, and hospital staff experiencing comfort and care during their time of need.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient-centric mindset
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle physical demanding tasks and walk 10,000-20,000 steps daily
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Positive, outgoing and personable personality
- Ability to remain calm and composted in high-pressure situations
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
