Responsibilities : As a Hospital Concierge, your role is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the hospital environment, offering support, assistance, and an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence. Your hospitable and "yes" man attitude, coupled with a proactive and empathetic approach, will contribute significantly to patients, visitors, and hospital staff experiencing comfort and care during their time of need.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is highly advantageous
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Empathetic and patient-centric mindset
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle physical demanding tasks and walk 10,000-20,000 steps daily
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Positive, outgoing and personable personality
Ability to remain calm and composted in high-pressure situations
High School Diploma or Equivalent
All vaccinations must be up to date
