What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Mixer Center?
Nature of Position:
Support and assist sales personnel in the completion of financing equipment sales in a timely and efficient manner while following all requirements. Work with accounts receivable for past due customer accounts, assist in maintaining the current accounts receivable portfolio, communicate credit policy agreements to customers, and prepare and administer annual budget, goals, and objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Capable of managing vendor relations
- Quoting equipment and being capable of answering customer inquiries.
- Ensure timely bank payments on equipment
- Conducting internal audits
- Preparing monthly audit reports
- Determines annual gross-profit plans and developing annual sales quotas.
- Forecasting costs and revenues
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Oversees inventory control, manages deliveries, inspecting inventory, maintain inventory records.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Be a team oriented, self-motivated, and positive individual with strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
- Above average computer skills, including word and excel.
Success Factors:
- Employment will be considered probationary for a period of ninety days beginning with the first day of employment.
- Able to act in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a systematic approach to decision making.
- Strong communication abilities, the ability to lead a team, and have a deep understanding of the product or service being sold.
