What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Mixer Center?
Nature of Position:
This Position is responsible for the sale of all new and used Mixer Center equipment and “all-makes” equipment, parts, and service and for meeting customer’s needs and growing market share.
Essential Functions:
· Grows and develops customer relationships and loyalty to increase market share
· Manages and controls sales related expenses
· Manages designated territories and customers to maximize our presence on equipment purchases
· Works with customers and potential customers to provide solutions to their equipment needs
· Provides on-site expertise for demonstrations, machine inspections and technical support
· Self-selling parts or services to enhance the after-sale value of our product and ensure return business
· Keeps accurate and up to date call logs, prospect lists
· Provides status report to sales manager as to achievement of goals and objectives
· Attends training and sales meetings as required to stay current with new equipment and special deals
· Provides feedback to other departments
· Provides trade-in information when requested
· Maintains a contact management type database for designated territory
· Makes frequent opportunity calls and generates new customers
Job Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
· Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive, agricultural, or heavy equipment industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
· Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close sales effectively.
· Ability to understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
