MixOnSite USA, Inc. is a nationwide specialty concrete contractor looking to add a strong, future leader to our team.

Position Summary: The role will provide oversight of construction projects nationwide. Responsible for assigned onsite aspects of work including: execution of work plan, personnel management, quality control and assurance, site safety, and effective communication with engineers, owners and general contractors.

Essential Functions:

• Daily management of assigned construction activities.
• Implementation and oversight of safety and quality programs.
• Implement and execute construction plans to optimize manpower, equipment and materials in coordination with and in support of supervisor.
• Coordinate and communicate site activities with respective customer.
• Directly supervise the onsite labor team.
• Supervise and enforce all quality control procedures.
• Ensure all orders of material and consumables are placed in a timely manner.
• Ensure all applicable safety regulations are met and enforced, daily safety meetings occur and training is consistently provided.
• Identify additional work beyond contract requirements. Assist in resolution of scope conflicts.
• Complete daily paperwork, approve invoices and monitor quantities placed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years civil construction experience in a field environment.
• Absolute drive and ambition to succeed.
• Ability to travel and drive.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products: Word, Excel and Outlook.
