The job will start as an Assistant Buyer in the Inventory Control Department learning the basics of our purchasing needs (we are working with 60 brands ) and progress into inventory management, strategic planning, and leading others. The purpose of the job is to keep inventory in stock, manage, and effectuate the logistics part of Mixt Solution’s business model.
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Inventory ordering for small to medium size purchase orders.
- Management and planning of current and future inventory.
- Communication with internal and external contacts.
- Must be data driven with Excel/Google Sheets experience.
- Can formulate on a spreadsheet and understand basic math.
- Comfortable sitting for long periods of time, looking at computer screen.
- Accomplishing tasks which directed by Director of Inventory Control.
Basic Skills:
- Come to work and be on time.
- Be a self-starter and self-motivated thinker.
- Comfortable with a computer, Excel (or Google Sheets).
- Work accurately and effectively.
- Great communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
