Responsibilities:
- Maintaining exterior of the building(s) including landscaping/lawn care.
- Keeping documentation of repairs, vendors utilized, warranties, etc.
- Maintenance tasks, and other minor repairs of the building/equipment inside.
- Cleaning facilities (ex., sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash removal).
- Vendor Management: coordinating with external contractors or specialized repairs when needed.
Basic Skills:
- Come to work, on time, consistently move quickly, and work accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
