Circulating RN - Surgical Services Surgical: Circulating RN
Full-Time 6:30am-3:30pm
Monday-Friday
Including on call schedule

Education: RN- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Licenses: Currently licensed by the State of Alabama as a RN, BLS & ACLS certified.

Requirements: You are preferred to have at least one year of RN Med/Surg or ER nursing experience. Computer skills are a must. Operating Room along with Recovery Room experience preferred. You must live within 35 minutes of Mizell Memorial Hospital due to call status.
Duties Include: You will be responsible for assisting in operating room and recovery room duties and will be cross trained to work in Same Day Surgery, Endoscopy and Central Sterile. You must provide maximum quality care to patients. Provide admission and discharge planning of patients. You must take part in a call rotation. Good communication skills and professionalism will be required when relating to patients, families and other staff members at all times. Critical thinking skills are required. Must possess and help implement a positive attitude and help promote teamwork. Perform other nursing duties as required.
