Clinic Customer Service Representative Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. A two-year associate degree in medical office administration or work in the medical field is preferred.

Requirements: Person looking for professional growth with strong computer skills. Must have excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Good communication with the public is vital. Ability to work with a multidiscipline team is required.

Duties: Collect patient data and verify insurance coverage and account collection through communication and correspondence. Filing and pulling charts as well as making patient referrals. Must maintain confidentiality of all patient information. Can generate forms for use in the Clinic. Schedule hospital admissions, complete medical reports and insurance forms. Filing and keeping information current in records will be necessary. Handle and manage the continuous flow of information in the Clinic. Must attend work as scheduled and complete responsibilities following established guidelines and protocols within appropriate time frames. Must maintain a good working relationship with staff, co-workers and patients. Use organizational and communication skills as well as maintaining a positive attitude and other duties as assigned by the manager.
