Physical Therapist PRN Contract Physical Therapy: Physical TherapistPRN Contract
Education: Master or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
Requirements: Valid license to practice physical therapy within the State of AL. Proven work experience as a physical therapist. Current knowledge of treatment practices. Professional behavior and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Duties Include: We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist that will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation to patients. Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs. Will assist in reducing the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery. Help develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally. Must be able to consult and practice with other health professionals and function well as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Document patient care services and perform all duties as assigned by supervisor.
