SUMMARY : To efficiently manage available resources both human and equipment. Perform functions to supervise daily operations of bottling department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Build a strong, achievement-oriented team by using the appropriate mix of hiring, delegation, training, monitoring, feedback, coaching, motivation, mentoring, and employee retention techniques.
- Supervise the daily operations of assigned bottling production as consistent with customer and company requirements.
- Plan, layout, and assign work for bottling line employees in accordance with production schedule.
- Hire, train, monitor, discipline, evaluate, and develop employees.
- Enforce organizational policies and rules of conduct
- Ensure adherence to applicable quality and manufacturing standards, and GMP's.
- Analyze and resolve problems relating to product quality, product quantity, processes, materials, scrap, waste, personnel, etc.
- Record efficiencies ratings to improve yields and throughput
- Provide technical assistance to operators in resolution of production problems and sanitation rules and requirements
- Complete required production reports as required.
- Responsible for Food Quality, Safety and Legality.
