- Ensure company policies and procedures along with plant-wide safety program are followed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive policies and continuous product quality improvements.
- Manage assets and ensure inventory accuracy.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Associate Degree, preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred or equivalent education experience.
Experience:
- 2 - 5 years of related management experience within a food processing, bottling, liquid filling/blending and/or consumer goods manufacturing/packaging environment.
- 3 - 5 year experience supervising a team of (6) or more within a manufacturing environment.
