Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in human resources; experience in a corporate setting working with senior leadership is required, experience in manufacturing sites is a plus.
SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP certifications preferred. High level of proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Working knowledge of ADP Vantage or similar HRIS System is a plus.
