Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed.
- Ensure that all supplies are stocked and available for use in cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs or inquiries.
- Support other staff members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
