As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office through a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance with external vendors.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management and department heads.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist staff members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Address inquiries and resolve customer or internal requests promptly.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and project completion.
- Monitor project deadlines and follow up with team members on deliverables.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in office administration or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
