Sushi Assistant and Kitchen Helper for Dynamic Teppanyaki-Style Dining Destination
Mizu Steakhouse, a dynamic teppanyaki-style dining destination with esteemed locations in Tukwila, Covington, and Gig Harbor, WA, is actively seeking passionate individuals to fill the roles of Sushi Assistant and Kitchen Helper.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of sushi dishes under the guidance of our expert chefs.
2. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Assist with kitchen duties and food preparation as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a kitchen setting.
2. An interest in or experience with Japanese cuisine is a plus.
3. Food Handler Certification (Required).
4. A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
Additional Information:
We are primarily a dinner operation, operating hours are from 4pm - 9:30pm Monday - Sunday.
