This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of treasury operations, providing leadership and guidance on system implementations, upgrades, and support.ResponsibilitiesBuild technical design documentation in partnership Architect and Business AnalystDesign, develop, and implement financial products and custom web applicationsDesign and implement technical specifications and business components using industry best practices and proven design patterns while utilizing OOAD and SOLID principlesPerform analysis of user stories that may include complex functionalitiesConduct high and low level design, development, testing, coding and issue / query resolutionsPerform unit testing, integration testing while participating in configuration management and deployment proceduresParticipate in UAT / production support activitiesProduction release preparation and release management for deploymentsManage and mentor technical resources both FTE and third-party resourcesRequired Qualifications10-15 years of backend development experienceExcellent communication and analytical skillsExperience with .Net Core / ASP.Net Core / C# / EF Core / SQL Server and related technologiesExposure to Azure development would be a plusExperience with Agile SDLC processesOrganized self-starterAdditional Preferred QualificationsKnowledge and experience working with medium to large banking firmsGeneric Framework developmentThe expected base salary ranges from $105k-$175k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
