The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Summary : Responsible for autonomous oversight of an assigned portfolio of Project Finance transactions covering thermal power, renewable power, infrastructure, oil & gas and mining industries. Duties include conducting independent analysis of credits, contracts, cash flow and budgets for the purpose of recommending approval, denial or alternate structure while addressing to Management and any credit deviations or concerns. Duties also include preparing various internal and external reports and audits in adherence to internal policies and procedures.Principal Duties and Responsibilities : Portfolio Management : Monitor, analyze, and report to Credit and Management of any changes to credit structurePrepare amendment and waiver requests upon analyzing the credit impact on the transactionProvide ongoing monitoring of transactions and adjust credit ratings when necessaryPerform credit rating reviews and other periodic internal reporting requirements in accordance with credit policy and proceduresProvide prompt reporting to Management of any adverse changesInteract and maintain relationships with Agent banks and BorrowersCoordinate loan administrative matters with the back officeSupport Origination as requiredAdministrative : Maintain credit files, financial files, legal documents and other relevant informationCollect Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence and Customer onboarding requirementsFollow up with pending items on the Provisional List, Covenant Checklist and other internal portfolio management tracking systemsInteract and coordinate administrative matters with other departmentsPerform other work-related duties as assignedOther : Mentor and develop talent by helping and supporting the transition of Junior Staff to work independently.Support Management with Ad-hoc requestsVisit sites and attend bank meetings (domestic and international) as neededWork overtime or during weekends when workload is heavyMinimum Job Requirements or Experience : Eligible to work in the USUndergraduate degree required in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration; advanced degree is a plus - ie MBA, MS or LLM degree6 years experience in Agency Services or Portfolio Management supporting Project Finance transactionsAbility to analyze credits, contracts, cash flow models and deal structuresStrong qualitative and quantitative analytical skillsEffective oral and written communication skillsCapacity to effectively organize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Spanish bilingual language skills is a plusThe expected base salary ranges from $125K - $185k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
