• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and quality of ingredients.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation while ensuring excellent customer experiences.
• Address customer feedback promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive business growth.

Experience

• Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and inspire team members.
• Knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Experience in hospitality or the food industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
