Duties
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services, including tire service, oil changes, and vehicle maintenance.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service recommendations.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone, handling inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups with excellent etiquette.
- Process payments, warranties, and documentation with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
- Experience in automotive sales or service advising is preferred.
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
- Familiarity with tire service, oil change procedures, and auto body repair.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
