Responsibilities :
Administrative Assistant
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation compliance.
Process billing, insurance claims, and payments.
Assist healthcare staff with administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Case Manager (Healthcare)
Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
Coordinate and facilitate medical services, including referrals and follow-ups.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and social services to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain detailed case records, documenting patient progress and treatment plans.
Educate patients and families about healthcare options and resources.
Advocate for patient well-being by identifying barriers to care and providing necessary support.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare administration, case management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and insurance processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
