Antitrust Mid-Level Associate
We are seeking associates with 3-6 years of experience in government investigations (including FTC or DOJ merger or conduct investigations) and/or private litigation to join our leading antitrust team. We have achieved victories for top companies, including dispositive motions, favorable class certification rulings and settlements, and trial wins. In recognition of our stellar reputation, our antitrust practice is listed among the “Global Elite” by Global Competition Review and is the recipient of numerous honors and awards from The American Lawyer, The Deal, Best Lawyers, and Law360, among others.
Salary is $200k - $250k commensurate with class year and experience.
We are looking for:
- 3-6 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger clearance, as well as compliance and counseling
- Large law firm or government agency experience preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
Salary : $200,000 - $260,000
