Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation as well as development of internal control policies and the streamlining of accounting procedures and processes for US Operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, or Finance required. CPA designation preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Controller is an agricultural or manufacturing environment is required.
- High level of U.S. GAAP knowledge is essential.
- Strong level of Microsoft Office tools expertise, including Excel modeling, required.
- Experience in engaging and motivating teams, and leading change management projects.
- Experience in systems and process optimization projects. AI process improvement experience is a plus.
