Immediate opening for a Front Desk professional that excels in customer service and hospitality. This role provides an exceptional experience for anyone coming through the doors, whether that is visitors, clients or employees. This role is the face and the heartbeat of a well-functioning office.
This position is in office, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm.
Qualifications include:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years prior hospitality or reception experience is highly preferred, preferably in a professional services or hospitality environment.
- An understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and PDF software is needed.
- Experience with Chrome River Expense Reporting, Elite WebView, Interaction, Cisco Telephone System, AskCody Meeting, iManage, and SharePoint is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to flex their schedule (with notice) in order to support the administrative needs of the office.
