Job Title : Maintenance Mechanic
Location : Fort Smith, Arkansas
Pay Rate : $17 - $21 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, production equipment. Small engine / Small Machine Maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
- Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities.
- Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and parts required for repairs.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address maintenance needs effectively.
- Propose and implement improvements to maintenance procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Other tasks as assigned.
