Job Summary:
MJ Recruiters is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and improving quality systems at the Brighton, Michigan site.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of similar manufacturing quality experience, with experience working in machining environments with tight tolerances. You will provide daily direction to two Quality Inspectors and report to the Plant Manager.
Daily responsibilities will include developing and improving the site quality system, ensuring the floor is running smoothly, and troubleshooting quality issues. You will also utilize formal problem-solving techniques, develop and improve work instructions, and communicate with engineering on non-conformances.
