Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed calling KPIs
- Able to prioritize tasks independently
- Ensure follow-up calls are made at time set
- Deliver prepared call scripts to persuade partners to accept initiative
- Identify and overcome objections
- Communicate all campaign details to our partners
- Update customer information on our CRM
- Research location information using available resources
- Identify and escalate issues
- Min. 4-6 years experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Reliable internet at home
- Computer efficiency with Microsoft Office (emphasis on expert level Excel skills), Sales Force experience preferred
- Good team player with desire to work collaboratively with operations and management
- Self-motivated, energetic and creative
- Strong communication skills; both verbally and in writing
- Positive adaption to changes
- Excellent attention to detail
