Job Description: As a Graphic Designer, you'll be integral in the planning, designing, developing, and maintenance of both print and electronic creative materials. You'll collaborate closely with our team to uphold professional graphics and identity standards for internal and external clients, ensuring consistency and excellence in all deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading and/or maintaining creative projects, applying your expertise to meet client-specific requirements.
- Ensure production deadlines are met, guidelines and procedures are followed, and quality control measures are implemented.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to release, maintaining creativity, quality, consistency, and relevance throughout.
- Design layouts and artwork for printed materials such as publications, newsletters, flyers, catalogs, etc.
- Creation of online deliverables, including email campaign creative and the development/maintenance of client websites.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and consistently uphold Element's SPIRIT values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio showcasing creative capabilities.
- Experience in brand development and strategy, including the ability to conceptualize and execute cohesive brand identities across various platforms.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro, to enhance multimedia projects.
- Knowledge of print production processes and techniques, including prepress preparation and file management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with coding languages such as HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with web development teams.
- Experience with email building tools (Mailchimp, Emma, etc.)
