Position : Salesforce Administrator
Job Overview : The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing development, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform in support of the organization's sales, marketing, and customer service functions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into key performance metrics.
- Support data migration and integration projects, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce users.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and assess their impact on the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and data integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized Salesforce instance by archiving and managing obsolete or outdated components.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to implement advanced customizations and solutions when necessary.
