Functions as a resource and mentor for new professional staff. Coordinates the implementation of the Infection Control Program in order to meet agency goals and objectives and ensure that regulatory requirements are met.Qualifications :
- Licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred
- Three years of progressive job related experience
- Current CPR certification
- Prior experience as a preceptor / mentor preferred
