Reviewing and submitting provider applications for credentialing. Review new provider applications for completeness and obtain any missing information from CAQH or the provider’s office as applicable. Submit applications to credentialing for processing. Review and prepare Elderplan contracts for execution according to the Elderplan/NPO policy and procedures. Track all applications sent to credentialing. Maintain the contract tracking database for all new contracts. Update correspondence log for all interactions with the provider.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two or more years’ experience in a managed care or related setting accepted in lieu of degree
- Two years of experience in a managed care or related setting
- Proficient in Health Rules, Visual Cactus, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
Salary : $38,546 - $48,182
