Job Description: Restoration Account Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Restoration Account Manager to oversee restoration projects, ensuring high-quality work is delivered and client expectations are met. This role involves managing the day-to-day project operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting employees with the necessary materials and resources to complete their tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Identify and address any issues related to project quality, timelines, or employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on all job sites.
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly.
- Conduct on-site client meetings to discuss project details, timelines, and any changes to scope.
- Maintain open and proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Material Coordination & Delivery:
- Ensure employees have the materials and tools required for each project phase.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials to job sites as needed, ensuring timely and accurate supply.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent material shortages.
- Team Support & Coordination:
- Collaborate with team members to resolve on-site challenges and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to employees to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Assist with scheduling and resource allocation to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, materials used, and client communications.
- Generate regular progress reports for internal review and client updates.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restoration, construction, or project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of restoration techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
